In 1999, the two companies established a joint venture called Transfer Technology Solutions (TTS) to better serve this market on a global basis. |

The combined Theta TTS operation is housed in a 7500 square meter (80,000 square foot) manufacturing plant producing over 80 million parts supplied to customers in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia. |
